Our Commitment
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following terms. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly so we can work toward a resolution.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
Clients may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at sweetlove4ever09@yahoo.com. Once work has commenced, the full refund option is no longer available.
Partial Refunds
If work has started but has not been completed, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work already performed. Each case will be evaluated individually based on the stage of completion and time invested.
Completed Services
Completed resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter writing, coaching sessions, and other delivered digital services are generally non-refundable because significant professional work has already been provided. We include revision rounds to ensure client satisfaction before final delivery.
Dispute Resolution
If a client believes services were not delivered as described, a written refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed individually. Refund requests should include the client's name, order details, and a clear explanation of the issue. BrightPath Resume Studio reserves the right to request supporting information before making a determination.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in suspension of future services. We ask that all clients contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution, as we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
